This course is adapted from the Standard Mental Health First Aid Course for adults and provides case-studies, videos and resources tailored to community members. If you are wanting to utilise this training for work with community members, in a volunteer role or personal skill development, please register your interest for Blended Online MHFA Community.
Developed in response to COVID-19, the new Blended Online MHFA Community and Workplaces Course includes two course components. Self-paced interactive eLearning (5-7 hours) and Instructor-led video conferencing (2 x 2.5 hour sessions) via Zoom.

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to assist colleagues, clients and other workplace contacts who may be developing a mental health problem or crisis. It also provides information on how to connect people needing assistance to existing workplace supports and external professional help.
